Sublimation is a printing process where a solid substance (usually ink) turns directly into a gas without going through a liquid phase. This process is used to print designs onto various materials, such as:

  • Textiles: T-shirts, hats, bags

  • Hard goods: Mugs, phone cases, license plates, key chains,

  • Other items: Signs, coasters, tiles, jewelry

  • The list grows daily!

This process results in high-quality, vibrant prints that are resistant to fading, peeling, and cracking. Sublimation is a popular choice for custom printing due to its versatility and durability.

Heat Pressing

Heat pressing is a process used to apply a design onto a material using heat and pressure. It's commonly used for:

  • T-shirts: Applying vinyl or other heat transfer materials.

  • Promotional items: Creating custom mugs, hats, and other accessories.

  • Industrial applications: Bonding materials together or shaping products.

The specific settings (temperature, pressure, and time) for heat pressing will depend on the materials being used and the desired outcome. Heat pressing is a versatile technique that allows for the creation of durable, high-quality custom products.
